 We were the kings and queens of promise------------------------------------------ Though she knew this city inside and out, there was always something new that was making her wonder about the world around her. She loved it, the sky the air the earth and she was a bit of a nutcase. It was early morning, really early when Kim had gotten up, she was so in the need of getting out and doing the things that she wanted to do today, she didn’t care what anyone else said. She wanted out of the house, and she could care less, her father could take care of her brother for the day, she wanted a day on her own and with out other people bothering her with things like that. No, today she had everything planed out, she had gotten up early and had gotten into the bathroom and cleaned up, she was not going to go out smelling funny, nope, she then went and got herself dressed, throwing things into her bag that she wanted to take with her that day. She would go to the mall, that would be a lot of fun, maybe she would see someone she knew, and then she wouldn’t be alone at all. Once she had everything ready she went into her brothers room and sighed as she hugged onto him, telling him that she was going to be out and didn’t know when she was going to be back. Making sure he had something to call there dad with she then left the house and made her way onto the street, now the big thing came, was she going to walk and take the buss or was she going to take her Vespa out.
She sighed, thinking looking around, well if she ran into her friends, they would normally drive her around, so it would be silly to take her thing out and have it stuck at the mall all day, she didn’t trust the people around there. So she opted to take the bus that day. Walking down the street she made her way to the bus stop and sat down for a moment. It was still early enough that not a lot of people were out and about yet. She was going to make sure she as up this early every day, it was so nice out there, and she loved the feeling of the cool morning air on her skin, even if it made her shiver a little bit. The bus soon came and she had gotten on board paying her way and taking a seat in the middle of the bus, she didn’t sit in the back cus that’s where al the gangsters or whatever road, and she didn’t ride in the front cus well, she just didn’t like it up there. She always rode in the middle, she liked it there and she could watch everything around her like that.
The bus took some time to get to where she wanted to go, she was the only one on at that time so it was a very nice ride to the mall. She hopped off and started to look around the building, she didn’t know where she was going to go in first, though she had to pick someplace so that she could get into the main part of the mall and start her day. She decided to go into the book shop first, that would give her a good path that would take her out into the rest of the mall, she wanted to pick up a book as well as she was going, that would only take her a little bit of time. She yawned, stretched a little and then walked to the section of books that she liked. Fantasy, they were always amazing to her, she picked up the book that she wanted and then went paying for it, from there she started out into the rest of the mall. She had a lot that she wanted to do and get that day, she was going to be running through everything, though she had no idea where she was to start now. Rubbing her nose she sighed and just decided to walk the loop first, then she woudl start shopping that day. ---------------------------------------------------
