PERSONALITY:If only one word could be used to describe Nathan, it would be vivaciousness. Nathan is the sort of type that likes to be the center of attention, wether or not he's trying to be or not. And when he does try, he handles it with class and elegance. While being vivacious and bubbly, he can also come off as aloof. Nathan has an elegant coolness about him that he never has to force out. This is in large part due to his being an actor and he's ver thankfull for it. His calm composure in difficult situations has saved his life a few times. It really depends on the situation, wether you meet the bubbly, happy, exuberant Nathan, or the calm, elegant, chic Nathan.
Nathan can be quite also be quite impulsive sometimes. Some call this good, others would call this bad. Nathan just know that the majority of the time he takes a notion to do something reckless, it's most likly about to be done. Growing up in rual Georgia, with their abundance of empy backroads, gave Nathan the dangerous habit of driving fast. Anytime the prospect of driving fast is mentioned, Nathan is up for it. He's not as reckless as he once was, but there is still that one lingering bit of adolescence left in him. One thing is certain, though, Nathan is far from immature. He was never like the other guys when it came to stuff like that. He had his wrecklessness, sure, but he knew much better than to partake in sheer and utter stupidity.
Nathan isn't all serious, though. Except when it comes to show business. When it's time to act, or sing, or dance, Nathan's tolerance for cutting up goes out the door. He takes it very seriously and has no time to deal with people who don't. When it comes to acting, dancing and singing, the best and worst of Nathan come out. Nathan is talented, he sometimes doesn't realise it, but he really is. You can normally fine Nathan running lines, practicing dance steps, or at the piano doing vocal exersizes. The negative aspects of Nathan's personality tend to come out when it comes to the musical theater. Nathan is normally a gracious person, but when it comes to a role that he really wants, be prepared for the fight of your life. And if he should lose, be prepared for all hell to break lose. The last time someone 'stole' a role from him, he went home and threw two coffee mugs and glass plates against the wall, screaming like a banshee the whole time. Generally, though, Nathan just lets it roll off his shoulders and he moves on to the next roll/audition process.
Really, Nathan's got a big heart with alot of room for alot of people. When it comes to love, Nathan just wants Prince Charming to come and sweep Nathan off of his feet. He dreams of his future love, often seeing it as a fairy tale. But this isn't the world of the brothers Grimm. This is real life, with heartbreaks and dissappoinments and broken promises. Nathan has had his heart stomped on by one to many guys who he gave it to. So, while Nathan is eager to find Prince Charming, he's much more wary of it for fear the it's really just the big bad wolf.
When it comes to his friends and loved ones, Nathan would take a bullet for them. When you get into the special circle of people that Nathan allows into his heart, you get loyalty, protection, and support so long as you don't betray him. Nathan never really fit in with the people he grew up with, so any friends he makes now a days he tries his hardest to be a good friend back.

HISTORY:On a beautiful day in April, a baby boy was born in the bedroom of a modest farmhouse. Nathan started off his life in an allready established family, having two brothers and a sister; Nathan was the youngest of the four. He started out his life on the Evans' family farm like all the other children, happy. The Evans parents loved their children with all their hearts.
Young Nathan spent his life like most young boys do; he played baseball, went swimming in the creek, helped out on the chores, went to school. The usual things. When Nathan turned seven, it was obvious that Nathan wasn't going to be an excellent huntsman, or a fisherman, a champion ship winning football player like Jack, or a baseball star like Conner. The day after his seventh birthday, his mother dragged him kicking and screaming to his first piano lessons. Somewhere in the hour of that lesson, Nathan fell in love. By the time the lesson was over, he was allready excited for next weeks lesson. That was the begining of a long line of lessons for Nathan. When he was 12, he was taking piano, dance, and voice lessons. He never really thought about acting untill one of his friends dared him to audition for the 6th grade play. He never expected anything to come of it, but when after he auditioned, they called him back for another one. Long story short, he got the lead.
Over the next few years, Nathan sought out any acting he could. Of course, growing up in rual Georgia doesn't afford much occasion to act, leaving Nathan to take roles in what ever production his school was doing. They weren't flashy, but they gave him the training he needed. When he entered high school, he knew he wanted to go into the musical theater for his career. He worked at a drug store and during the slow times (which was all the time), he would sit and daydream of his name in top billing on the marquis of a Broadway theater.
It was during one of these daydreams that his life changed. The towns star quaterback, a boy by the name of Matt Jackson, came into the drug store looking for a pair of cheap sunglasses. Nathan didn't think much of it; he was just doing a stupid job to pay for his ghetto car. While Nathan was checking the boy out, he noticed the boy looking at him. And he didn't stop. Again, Nathan thought nothing of it. Matt left with his item and that was that. Untill Matt came in the next day, and the next, and the next for two weeks. They built up quite a relationship so when Matt asked him out, despite the initial shock, he accepted.
That one night led to a year long secret love affair between the two boys. Nathan was utterly in love with Matt, and Matt was utterly in love with Nathan. Many times they talked about running away with each other, moving to the big city and making it on their own. Matt was the perfect boyfriend, a literal Prince Charming. Or so it seemed. As the old saying goes, 'all good things come to an end'. Towards graduation. Matt become very cold and stopped seing Nathan all together. In a small town, it wasn't long before the gossip was spreading like a grassfire. Matt had gotten one of the girls pregnant and her father was forcing them to marry.
Utterly heartbroken, Nathan began looking for ways to get out of the cesspool known as Harris County. He applied to The University of New Orleans and was accepted into their Drama and Musical Theater departments. Nathan always had very good grades, which helped when he was requesting acceptance into the college. Upon graduation, Nathan packed up his car and headed towards New Orleans where he's been ever since. Now a Junior, Nathan has been in several productions during his time at the university.

SAMPLE:Edward glanced down at the menu, casually glancing over the various items there were to eat. It was your regular place; hamburgers, milkshakes, fries, the works. Edward leaned back in his booth and sighed. This day was becoming far to much for him. He wished his mother had never told him about stupid Justin and Mel, or their son's birthday party. Edward needed a cigarette, he almost asked a waiter if the place was smoking or non, but he let it go. Edward heard the waiter come to him and ask him what he wanted. Not glancing up, he answered with a "Cherry Coke please." Not wanting to appear rude, Edward glanced his green eyes up towards his waiter. It was the best thing he'd done all day.
The man standing before him was simply breath-taking. Tall, muscular, long brown hair, light blue eyes...the general description didn't do him justice. Edward smiled up at the waiter, his mood suddenly going lighter. "If you guys do that here, that is." Edward smiled, probably the first time he'd done so all day. "Oh, I know what I want. I'd like a chili cheeseburger please. No tomato." he answered the waiters question as to wether or not he was ready to order. Edward glance up the mans chest to find his name-tag. Lucas was his name. Edward almost swooned; Lucas was such a handsome name.
Edward hadn't gone giddy over a guy in a very long time, at least not since Justin. He soon found that he wasn't the only smiling; Lucas was smiling as well. Edward quickly tried to make some small talk, realising that Lucas had asked him a question earlier. "Yes, actually, this is my first time here. I was just out for a walk and ended up here." it wasn't the most interesting story, it was the truth. If Lucas worked here often, Edward was soon to be a regular. He contined to smile, adding a some what slow blink. Justin had always told him it made his eyes sparkle when he did so. He hoped to high heaven Justin was right.
